Warnings can be given by the tournament director
Warnings can be given for not following rules and result in penalties

Third Warning: Results in a loss of a cup for your team
If a warning is severe enough ejection from the event may be warranted
The Rack is made of 10 cups in 4 rows.
They are in the pyramid formation.
All are tightly put together leaving no space between the cups.
All cups are to be filled halfway with water. If player has problem consult the referee.
Only 3 re-racks per game
These are made when there are 6,4,3, and 2 cups left all in pyramid formation.
At no other time can a re-rack be made.
If a turn is in progress a re-rack will have to wait until the next turn if there are still 6,4, 3,or 2 cups left.
Every team has a chance at rebuttal every game.
The Rebuttal occurs once a team has made all there cups.
The team that has not made there cups has one last chance to make the rest of their cups.
Each player takes a turn and shoots until they miss or they have no cups.
If the rebuttal is won the cups will be re-racked for both teams. There are NO re-racks during overtime. A courtesy rack can be given.
All rebuttals 3 cups.
Elbow can not pass the end of the table during throw/toss.
On roll back it is the choice of the player to use the opposite hand or behind the back
The bounce... if made in is 2 cups. If both players bounce in separate cups it is 4 cups and balls back, if made in same cup it is 5 cups and balls back.
The table is the only surface that counts as a bounce.
All other shots count as one cup.
If defending team accidentally creates bounce from offensive shot and ball goes in it will be considered a bounce.
Must request to pull ball
Must request to re-rack at the 6,4,3 and 2 cup levels if team has any left. If a request is not made before a teammate takes a shot, the team must wait until next turn or until another cup re-rack level
There are no celebrity shots and no substitution of any players. This will result in instant disqualification and ejection from the tournament, A harsh rule but it is unfair to other teams. Sprekenz Ee Dick
The bounce can be blocked after it bounces off the surface of the table.
Distraction is allowed as long as it dose not disrupt the cups or the table. Profanity is not allowed. Have fun but be respectful of the people around you. If out of hand warning's will be given.
Pull ball upon request
Re-rack upon request
